Administration

North Western Waters Advisory Council

All administration procedures of the NWWAC are carried out by the Secretariat in the BIM offices in Dublin, Ireland.

REIMBURSEMENT GUIDELINES AND FORM

The guidelines are detailed in the document “Reimbursement System Guidelines” below.

Application for reimbursement

To claim for reimbursement please complete and return the “Reimbursement Claims Form” attached below.

To ensure a swift and secure method of reimbursement, the new form must be completed and returned to the Secretariat by post.

A signed copy of the completed form should be submitted to the NWWAC Secretariat attaching all documentation required (e.g. original hotel invoices, booking and payment confirmations of flight tickets, etc.) under the below described application procedure.
